MoneyTreePTR Terms Of Service

In a nutshell:
~ YOU MUST BE ABLE TO READ ENGLISH AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS. Failure to understand these Terms says to
me that you cannot read english and therefore - you are in violation.
~ Only one account per household.
~ Please be able to understand English.
~ Please be active.
~ Don't cheat.

Effective March 1, 2009, Moneytreeptr.com will be blocking all Proxy IP's, College IP's, and all other "TYPES" of routers of that nature. If you are using one of these methods, your account will be deleted.

Effective March 1, 2009, Moneytreeptr.com will no longer accept email addresses that continually bounce emails, including, but not limited to Yahoo.com, hotmail.com, and AOL.com. Gmail is a wonderful alternative if you need to know about one.

If we catch you cheating at one of our sites, you will be deleted from all that we own. There will be NO exceptions

Please be advised that as of June 1, 2009, in order to keep Moneytreeptr.com a profitable (sustainable) and
enjoyable program, the "Warning System" has been put into place. What this means is that for certain "Terms"
violations, you will receive a "Warning." Once your account has received three (3) "Warnings", your account
will then be inelligible for payout. You will still be allowed to earn and enjoy all the perks of being a
member, but you will need to use your site earnings for 'redemption only.' I wish to stay for a long time
and I will not be taken advantage of. You will be sent a 'personal message' each time you receive a "warning."
These basically are not negotiable since they are obvious Terms violations and you are given alot of lee-way,
nor will I just 'remove' them from your account.

Ways you can receive "Warnings":
~ More than 1 account per IP or household.
~ Complete gibberish and/or incomplete information on your profile page.
~ Failure to fix profile area within 30 days of being requested to by admin.
~ Failure to comply with requests from admin (or try to resolve the issue).
~ Not meeting activity requirements.
~ Clicking MORE THAN 3 cheat links in any 30 day period.
~ Clicking MORE THAN 10 bad turing numbers in any 30 day period.
~ Any visit to a bot trap page.
~ Continual submit (more than 3) of a 'banned site' for advertising.
~ 3 failed English Tests within a 30 day period.
~ Marking "Search" in your profile when you are not from a "search friendly country".
~ Bad Keyword Selections.
~ 3rd instance of clicking in the Tier 1 & 2 section when not from a Tier 1 & 2 country.
~ Running the PTP feature without the purchase of a PTP License.

Activity Requirements:
50 links every 30 days to remain active.
100 links every 30 days to keep a free upgrade.
150 links every 30 days to use and maintain your affiliate page/ptp priveledges. (Failure to maintain this will result
in your page or PTP priviledges being suspended for 30 days without warning and PTP/Affiliate earnings for that month cleared.)
45 day inactive accounts will be deleted.

(Please understand that with these requirements, I am not trying to be mean, I am a clicker also. If i can keep these requirements fulfilled, I will not need to institute a 10% personal earnings requirement in order to withdraw hard earned earnings.) **Lifetime constitutes the "lifetime" of your active membership.

Moneytreeptr.com is NOT A MLM OR GET RICH SCEME!!!

By signing up and actively using the Moneytreeptr.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth
in this agreement. Moneytreeptr.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this
agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and
all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with
Moneytreeptr.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.
Your continued participation in the Moneytreeptr.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice
or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and
International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity.
You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another
individual that has an existing Moneytreeptr.com account.

You will use your email address/password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep
this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the
"User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Moneytreeptr.com account including authorization by you
to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by
Moneytreeptr.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of
advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Moneytreeptr.com. You agree to receive
e-mail advertising from Moneytreeptr.com.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Moneytreeptr.com, your account
will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us
gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

The use of any form of automatic clicking programs IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!! If you are found to be using so called
"CHEAT WARE", your account will be IMMEDIATELY terminated with forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY-- If you are found to have come from, or be promoting a site that encourages the use of the so
called "CHEAT WARE", your account will be IMMEDIATELY terminated with forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and Moneytreeptr.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Moneytreeptr.com.
You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of
Moneytreeptr.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything
in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using
the program.

Limitation of Liability:
Moneytreeptr.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special,
punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Moneytreeptr.com program,
even if Moneytreeptr.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Moneytreeptr.com aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this
Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Paid To Promote:
Members are NOT allowed to only use the Paid to Promote feature. This is an added bonus for ACTIVE Members.
Since this is a special type of PTP and is harder to monitor than the others...these rules are NOT NEGOTIABLE.
*Activity Requirement*:
Anyone caught only using the Paid to Promote feature and has not clicked a minimum of 200 clicks per month will:
1st offense - you will receive a personal message
2nd offense - your page or ptp privledges will be suspended for 30 days WITHOUT notice
3rd offense - you will lose the right to use the ptp at all

*PTP Usage Requirement*:
A PTP License is required in order to use this feature - very cheap indeed!!!
If you are using the PTP Feature without purchasing a PTP License you will be notified by admin that you will either need to purchase the License or stop using the PTP Feature. If, after 2 weeks, no changes have been made (still using PTP Feature without a License), all PTP earnings will be removed from your account and you will be notified again, thus giving you another 2 weeks to comply. If, after the second attempt from admin to have this issue resolved, your account will then be converted to "ADS ONLY" and all PTP Earnings will be deleted.

Moneytreeptr.com reserves the right to DELETE any member's Paid to Promote earnings if you are caught only using the
Paid to Promote feature at any time.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID
in the area on the website provided by Moneytreeptr.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the Moneytreeptr.com
program. Members will be paid via PayPal/Alertpay/U.S. Money Order/(evowallet when available). Moneytreeptr.com
will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Moneytreeptr.com. Once the member has reached
payout they may request payment with a max of $6.00 per month. Payments will be made within 30 days, or a reasonable time after.
Accounts will be scanned for activity, simply logging in without any clicked links will not constitute activity.
Accounts found to be inactive requesting payment will be terminated.

UPDATED TERMS REGARDING PAYOUTS MARCH 30, 2009 These countries are ONLY allowed to redeem their earnings... NO currency exchanges will take place… Angola, Burma, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Syria, Lybia, Sierra Leone, Balkans (Bosnia &Herzegovina), Albania, Macedona, Serbia including Kosovo and Zimbabwe. Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other
method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Moneytreeptr.com
and may result in legal prosecution. Moneytreeptr.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime.
Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings,
but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the
Spamming incident. Moneytreeptr.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate
termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Moneytreeptr.com
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

Vacation mode:
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive
do not get payouts requested or randoms. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact support@Moneytreeptr.com
and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.

CHEATING:
Members who are caught cheating will have their account terminated and will not be paid their earnings.
Instances of cheating include the following:
1) Clicking on more than 3 cheat links in a 1 month period.
2) Caught using automated software to access the site.
3) Having multiple accounts. Examples: same IP address, same Payment Account or same computer ID.
4) Clicking on too many incorrect turing numbers.
5) Being inactive for 30 days or more.
6) You must click on ads not only just logging in.
7) Having incorrect info listed in user's account
8) Have bad interests selected in their accounts such as cheater, I cheat or delete me
9) Having the free upgrade and clicking less than 50 EMAIL links
10) If you are caught cheating, your accounts at any of our sites will be canceled. No exceptions
